Timon of Athens @ National Theatre and Cinema Near You

As part of the World Shakespeare Festival 2012 The National Theatre has collaborated with The Royal Shakespeare Company to bring to life one of Shakespeare’s more neglected plays.

So far the play has lavished upon it’s four and five star reviews, but the tomorrow will prove to be an even greater challenge for the show’s makers than the press night. Tomorrow Timon of Athens will be broadcast live to Cinemas across the world. This is a fantastic opportunity for a global appreciation of not only Shakespeare but one of the UK’s greatest Theatre at it’s best.

There are a few straggling seats still going at the National Theatre itself, but otherwise, just find you nearest cinema and enjoy. Tickets can be booked online below. http://microsites.nationaltheatre.org.uk/52955/venues-amp-booking/uk-venues.html
